About

My name is Nathan Fuist. I grew up like many other kids in my generation. During my high-school years, things took a bit of a turn. It felt like blow after blow. My Sophomore year my Dad died by suicide. I myself was trying to manage my own anxieties and depression. By my Junior year, my Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. Entering my Sophomore year of college my mom died after a long amazing fight with her cancer. I was 19, on my own and clueless. It took time, but I found my way. I became a firefighter/paramedic and had quite a great career. But it took less than a decade for it to unravel. Now I am still finding my way into my new career. I am blessed to have an amazing family. I have a beautiful wife and an amazingly awesome son by my side.
